Customer Relations;
A 168 Haus sales professional is one whose mission is to locate the best 168 property, and render the best service for his customer. He sees to it that all relevant information are fully disclosed to his customer to make a good investment decision.
1. A 168 Haus sales professional treats his customer with honesty and sincerity. He is not one who is there to make money at the expense of his customer.
2. A 168 Haus sales professional treats his customers with respect. He does not resort to arm-twisting in securing a sale. A sale is secured only after a prospective buyer has been given a thorough presentation of the project and financing arrangement and the same has agreed to consummate the sale.
3. A 168 Haus sales professional qualifies the buyer and matches him with the product he can afford. He does not put his prospect into a buying situation when he knows it will only result to forfeiture of his customer.
